Singapore is committed to developing its human resources. The country’s education system offers diverse pathways for students to learn at their own pace and develop unique skills. It also recognizes that teachers and education leaders are the backbone of a quality education system. The joint training program aims to share Singapore’s experience in education policies and focus on developing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) such as those mentioned, which helped its citizens acquire the necessary skills to fulfill their aspirations.
| Objectives |
The overall objective of this program is to allow TVET principals and leaders to gain an insight into Singapore’s policy frameworks and systems for TVET, including its experience in TVET administration and delivery.
